Repair Cabinet Doors
06/08/2020
The storage cabinets in my garage were about 20 years old. Each door was trimmed in 5/8" wide white T molding. After being 20 years in the AZ heat, most of the T molding was very brittle. The corners on about 1/2 of the doors was completely cracked and separated. I ordered 300 feet of the T molding. It was very easy to remove the old T molding and install the new. The challenge was notching out the center rib at each corner. No glue was needed to keep the ñew T molding in place. I used a rubber mallet to tap the T molding into place. A sharp utility knife was used to make the notches. The doors again look brand new.
DIY table edge replacement

I rec'd the edging promptly. It was shipped out the last day before the warehouse shut down for COVID-19. After watching a you-tube video, I learned a few tricks. It was easy to do, and looks professionally done. The molding was slightly narrower than the original, so <1mm of particle board shows, but otherwise it works fine.

The order came quick and as ordered. I installed the product (smooth white) and no issues . But, one knock would be that I did order two Different sizes and they were not labeled. No big deal but it’s the small things that matter most and when you can’t take the extra time to label the sizes then what do you have time for
