When will my order ship?
Orders ship on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, when placed by 6pm Eastern time the night before. This schedule may vary slightly but all orders ship within 1-2 business days unless you are otherwise notified.
Please note - this schedule is the same for expedited shipping methods such as UPS Next Day Air. Orders placed with those methods will take 1-2 days before they ship and will then ship with the shipping method you selected.

How will my order ship?
You can select from various shipping methods at the time of your order.
How are shipping rates calculated?
Shipping rates are based on the weight of your package and your location. You must login, or create a new account with a shipping address before shipping rates will be available.
Will I get a tracking number?
If your order is shipped through UPS the tracking number will be sent to your email address when the order is packaged.
I'm outside of the US and received a message about an invalid address.
Please click on "Shopping Cart" on the top of our site to get to the shopping cart page and there will be an option called "Select a Carrier". Select "Other Carriers" from that list and various international USPS shipping options will be available. That should get your past the error you received.
When will my order arrive?
For UPS Ground shipments within the United States please see the map below.
For most international orders USPS expects delivery in 6-10 business days.
